Karen Boyle: Founder
Karen Boyle brings over 15 years of experience from a variety of corporate, government, and educational settings. She has worked with large companies such as Microsoft, Arthur Andersen, 3M, BF Goodrich, Mitsubishi, Ameriquest, and Sempra, to name a few. She has experience in a wide array of industries including, software, accounting/finance, telecommunications, aerospace, neuroscience research, mortgage, travel and retail. Karen has equal experience as a full-time employee in the learning and development/training industry and as a contractor running a successful eLearning development practice, so she understands the benefits and challenges of each situation.

Karen has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University, and she is an active member of ISPI and ASTD.
