Crown Worldwide Group
Crown Worldwide is one of the world's leading providers of mobility services, records management and logistics services for globally expanding companies. In business for over 40 years, Crown has over 200 offices in 50 countries. Learning Gurus provided Crown with a seasoned workplace learning professional to assist with their eLearning initiatives. Our guru helped Crown assess their development needs and provided research and recommendations on authoring tools that would integrate with their LMS. She then set up standards for the new tool and converted content from a legacy system, adding an instructional design perspective. She used web conferencing to train Crown's development staff in Malaysia to use the new tool. She also worked with Crown's IT personnel in Hong Kong to troubleshoot LMS integration and SCORM issues. The new eLearning courses were developed with Lectora and included streaming video, interactive Captivate simulations, narration, interactive quizzes, and SCORM-compliant assessments and course evaluations tracked by Crown's LMS.

The Maids Home Services
The Maids Home Services is a premier residential cleaning service in the U.S. and Canada. The Maids is the industry's quality leader, with more than 164 franchise partners serving over 90 major U.S. and Canadian cities. The Maids assembled a team of internal and external experts to develop the most innovative training the company has seen to date, and our gurus were part of that team. With our network of specialized gurus, we put together a team consisting of a graphic artists for interface development, a Lectora specialist to develop highly-interactive and engaging content, and an instructional designer/project manager to orchestrate the development of several online modules. The learning initiative was such a success that it was highlighted in the company newsletter and will be presented as part of a keynote address at the company's national convention.

Vistage Worldwide
Vistage is the world's leading chief executive organization with over 14,000 members worldwide. When redesigning their New Chair training program, Vistage turned to Learning Gurus for a resource with a strong instructional design background. Our guru assisted with designing the new immersive learning program, and also developed multimedia simulations to be used during the training.

Goodrich Aerostructures
SAP Education Project: When Goodrich Aerostructures needed a series of eLearning courses to educate their workforce on using SAP, the Learning Gurus team jumped into action. Our Learning Gurus worked with Goodrich’s Subject Matter Experts to understand how each department uses SAP throughout the business process. Learning Gurus created storyboards, developed process flows and images, created detailed Captivate simulations for each relevant SAP transaction, and developed complete online courses with assessments, using Goodrich’s chosen authoring tool: ToolBook Instructor.

Sempra Energy
The energy industry is highly-regulated and must comply with a host of federal and state regulations. Sempra Energy turned to Learning Gurus to help develop federal and state compliance training. Our Learning Gurus worked with Sempra’s Subject Matter Experts and internal training personnel to re-vamp existing training and to develop a new Web-based Training (WBT) interface. Our local Gurus were extremely responsive to Sempra’s tight timelines and were able to help Sempra meet their development deadlines.

Tata Interactive Systems
At Northwest Airlines, the Technical Operations Training Group’s motto is, "deliver the right training to the right people at the right time, and at the lowest cost." Learning Gurus worked with Tata Interactive Systems (TIS) to help build a system to support NWA’s strategic decision making about the design and development of training. The deliverables included:

• A documented, step-by-step methodology to conduct competency mapping and task analysis.
• The tools and instruments required for implementation.
• Taxonomy to identify existing training content objects defined at the enabling objective level.
• A relational database to supplement their LMS and to support strategic decision making.

MedNeutral
MedNeutral is a provider of services and on-line solutions which make medical record review more accurate, efficient and useful. When MedNeutral needed a top-notch Technical Writer to assist with their product documentation, they turned to Learning Gurus. Learning Gurus also provided MedNeutral with an Instructional Designer to help develop their classroom-based training materials. So, when they had an opening for a full-time Technical Trainer, we searched our guru network and quickly created a short list of suitable candidates. We screened candidates and arranged interviews and quickly found a Technical Trainer with the skills and experience required to join the MedNeutral team.

Claim Intelligence
Claim Intelligence offers a Web-based application to assist the insurance industry with litigation management and eBilling. They had ongoing, part-time needs for technical documentation and instructional materials development, but not enough to warrant a full-time employee. Learning Gurus found a local guru who worked with Claim Intelligence on an as-needed basis for a 9 month period.
